No Refunds for Customer Errors

PropertyBlast AI does not issue refunds or credits for customer errors.

We provide comprehensive preview tools to ensure accuracy before payment:

Live Preview: View your blast on desktop and mobile before finalizing
Email Proof: Receive a test email in your inbox for review
AI Assistance (PAI): Get real-time feedback and suggestions
Multiple Review Steps: Confirm your content at each stage

Your Responsibility: Carefully review all content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, property details, pricing, contact information, image quality, and layout before payment.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or free resends for:

Typos, spelling errors, or grammatical mistakes
Incorrect property information or pricing
Wrong contact details or website URLs
Poor image quality or formatting issues
Changes of mind after payment
Unsatisfactory performance or response rates

Refunds for PropertyBlast AI Errors

In the event that PropertyBlast AI makes an error while fulfilling your order

Our Commitment:

Free Resend: We will resend your blast at no additional charge
Account Credit: We may issue credits for future blasts
Full Refund: At our sole discretion (in exceptional cases)

Examples of Our Errors:

• Technical failure preventing delivery to selected databases
• System error causing incorrect pricing calculation
• Email sent to wrong MLS boards or databases
• Server failure resulting in incomplete delivery

Note: Refunds are not issued for factors outside our control, such as recipient email servers blocking messages, ISP issues, spam filter classifications, or recipient email address changes.

Full Refund Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse advertisements incompatible with our mission

Full refunds will be issued if your content falls into these categories:

1. Unsuitable Content

We will contact you to remove objectionable content and provide guidance. If changes are not made, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

2. Illegible Content

Poor image quality, unreadable fonts, impaired color combinations, or technical file corruption.

3. Competitive Content

Content deemed competitive to PropertyBlast AI or its affiliates.

4. Non-Real Estate Services

Services not 100% dedicated to facilitating real estate brokerage.

❌ Prohibited Services:

FSBO listings, agent recruitment, home repair/improvement, general contractors, services not directly related to real estate brokerage

✅ Permitted Services:

Residential/commercial listings, mortgage lending, title services, real estate coaching, home inspection, professional photography

Prohibited Content

We will not accept advertising that is not in good taste or includes:

Illegal/Objectionable:

• Illegal products or services
• Adult or sexual content
• Gambling or lottery services
• Controlled substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Hate speech

Discriminatory Content:

Content offensive to any individual or group based on age, color, national origin, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity, or familial status.

Fair Housing Compliance: All property listings must comply with the Fair Housing Act. We strongly recommend including the Equal Housing Opportunity logo.

Performance and Results

No Guarantee of Results: PropertyBlast AI is an advertising medium. We do not guarantee specific lead generation, sales, open rates, or delivery to specific individual agents.
